Her rule:
Eid prayer is lawful unanimously and the scholars disagreed in its ruling on three sayings:
The first saying:
That the Eid’s prayer is obligatory on the notables, this is the Hanafi doctrine, and in it said Abn Habib of the Maliki’s, and a novel about Ahmed, chosen by Abn Taymiyyah, Abn al-Qa'im, Al-Sana'ani, Shawkani, and Abn Baz and Abn Al_Athaimin.
And the proof:
First: from Quran:
Allah said:
“So, pray to your Lord and sacrifice”.
Surah Al_Kawthar………... “2”.
The face of the significance:
That this is god's order, and it requires obligatory.
Second: from Sunnah:
About Um Atiya “god bless her” said:
“He “the Messenger of Allah “peace be upon him” commanded us that we should take out unmarried women and purdah-observing ladies for 'Id prayers, and he commanded the menstruating women to remain away from the place of worship of the Muslims”.
Hadith Muslim.
The face of the significance:
That the matter of women’s getting out requires prayer, and this is because going out is a means to pray, it is obligatory for the means to be begged, and if the women order it, men are first and foremost obliged to do so.
Thirdly:
That the prayer of Eid’s is one of the greatest rituals of Islam, and people meet for her greater than Friday, and it has begun to glorify Allah, and if was the Sunnah, maybe people came together to leave it, and it missed the rituals of Islam; so, it was obligatory to preserve the rituals of Islam from forgetting.
Fourth:
It’s a prayer for which the speech was initiated for her, so it was obligatory for the notables, such as Friday.
The second saying: the Sunnah.
It’s a certain Sunnah, which is the Doctrine of the Maliki’s, the Shafaiya, the saying of the Hanafi, and a novel about Ahmed, chosen by Daoud al-Dhahiri, which is the saying of the general scholars from the ancestors and the successors.
And the proof:
Firstly:
From Sunnah:
*About Talha Abn Ubaid Allah “god bless him”:
“A man came to Allah's Messenger “peace be upon him” asking him about Islam, Allah's Messenger “peace be upon him” said, "You have to offer five compulsory prayers in a day and a night. The man asked, "Is there any more compulsory prayers for me?" Allah's Messenger “peace be upon him” said, "No, unless you like to offer Nawafil”.
Hadith El_Bukhari.
*About Abd Allah Abn Abbas “god bless them”
“The Prophet “peace be upon him” sent Muaaz to Yemen and said, "Invite the people to testify that none has the right to be worshipped but Allah and I am Allah's Messenger “peace be upon him”, and if they obey you to do so, then teach them that Allah has enjoined on them five prayers in every day and night”.
The hadith.
Hadith El_Bukhari.
Second:
That the Eid’s prayer is a temporary prayer, in which prayers shouldn’t had to call for prayer, so it didn’t obligatory in the beginning of The Sharia, such as the prayer of ascites and the eclipse.
Thirdly:
And if the Eid’s prayer is obligatory, it is obligatory for her speech, and it must be heard as Friday.
Abn Hajar al-Ashkalani said in al_fath:
The intention is to show the slogan of Islam by exaggerating the meeting, and to make everyone blessed.
Fath al_Bari: part: “2” / page: “545”.
The third saying:
The prayer of the two Eid’s is obligatory enough, which is the doctrine of hanbali, and say when the Hanafi, and say to the malkiya, and say to Shafi’i, and he has the opinion of the committee.
First:
The evidence of its imposition:
Allah said:
“So, pray to your Lord and sacrifice”.
Surah Al_Kawthar………... “2”.
The face of the significance:
That this is god's order, and it requires obligatory.
Second:
Because if it doesn’t obligatory, it doesn’t have to fighting the one who abandoned, like all other Sunnis, and he achieves that fighting is a punishment that does not go to leaving a delegate, such as murder and beating.
Thirdly:
Because it is a manifestation of Islam.
Evidence of being efficiency.
First:
From Sunnah:
*About Talha Abn Ubaid Allah “god bless him” said:
“A man from Najd with unkempt hair came to Allah's Messenger “peace be upon him” and we heard his loud voice but could not understand what he was saying, till he came near and then we came to know that he was asking about Islam. Allah's Messenger “peace be upon him” said, "You have to offer prayers perfectly five times in a day and night. The man asked, "Is there any more? Allah's Messenger “peace be upon him” replied, "No, but if you want to offer the Nawafil prayers. Allah's Messenger “peace be upon him” further said to him: "You have to observe fasts during the month of Ramadan." The man asked, "Is there any more fasting?" Allah's Messenger “peace be upon him” replied, "No, but if you want to observe the Nawafil fasts. Then Allah's Messenger “peace be upon him” further said to him, "You have to pay the Zakat." The man asked, "Is there anything other than the Zakat for me to pay?" Allah's Messenger “peace be upon him” replied, "No, unless you want to give alms of your own." And then that man retreated saying, "By Allah! I will neither do less nor more than this." Allah's Messenger “peace be upon him” said, "If what he said is true, then he will be successful “i.e. he will be granted Paradise”.
Hadith El_Bukhari.
The face of the significance:
That his saying “but if you want to observe the Nawafil” Exception to his saying “No”,
i.e.
has no impose on you except her.
Second:
It’s doesn’t need of calling of prayer, so It was not imposed on the dignitaries, such as the funeral prayer.
Thirdly:
Because if it were imposed on the dignitaries, it would have imposed her sermon, and she should be heard like Friday prayer.
Fourth:
Because it is a prayer in which the glorifying Allah continues when you standing in prayer, so it was an imposition on sufficiency, such as funeral prayers.
The benefit:
The traveler is advised to pray Eid prayers, whether it is a el_fitr prayer or a sacrifice prayer, and if he leaves it, it is not sinful, and it is not compensated by the Forenoon Prayer.
Where you pray?
It has been proven that the Prophet “peace be upon him” left his mosque in the Eid’s prayers, and he performance in the chapel at the city's outer door.
Look, Zad al-Ma'ad, for Abn el_Qiem. “1.441”.
It is desirable to go out for Eid prayers to pray in the desert outside the country, which is the doctrine of the Hanafi, Maliki, and Hanbali people, which is the face of the Shafi’I.
The encyclopedia of jurisprudence.
So, that is the saying that profit on it the correct and candid hadiths, and which is on it the Muslim public.
And the Prophet “peace be upon him” was praying in the chapel with the honor of his mosque “peace be upon him”.
The prophet “peace be upon him” said:
“Prayer in this mosque of mine is better than a thousand prayers “observed in another mosque” besides it, except that of Masjid al-Haram”.
Narrated by: El_Bukhari in his hadith.
About Aby Saeed el_khudri “god bless him” said:
“The Prophet “peace be upon him” used to proceed to the chapel on the days of Eid el-Fitr and Eid el -Adha; the first thing to begin with was the prayer and after that he would stand in front of the people and the people would keep sitting in their rows. Then he would preach to them, advise them and give them orders”.
The hadith.
Hadith El_Bukhari.
And Al-Shafi’I said in “The Mother”:
We have been informed that the Messenger of God “peace be upon him” was going out on the two feasts to the chapel in the city and after him except from the excuse of rain or so, as well as the general people of the countries except the people of Mecca.
END.
So, it’s better for the people of Mecca to hold eid prayers in the Holy Mosque.
And the unanimity conveyed that Shafi'i, the Abn Abd el_ Bar, and El_naoaoy that.
*About Abn Omar;
“That the messenger of god “peace be upon him”, used to set out for the praying place in the morning of the day of ‘Eid, and a small spear would be carried before him. When he reached the praying place, it would be set up in front of him, then he would pray facing it, and that was because the praying place was an open space in which there was nothing that could serve as a Sutrah”.

EL_DORR.
*About Anas Abn Malek:
“That the messenger of god “peace be upon him” prayed the Eid prayer in the chapel standing behind spear”.
Hadith Abn Majah / investigation by El-Sheikh al_albani.
He doesn't pray before or after Eid prayers:
*About Abn Abbas:
“The Prophet “peace be upon him” offered a two-rakah prayer on Eid day and he did not offer any “Nawafil prayer” before or after it”.
Hadith El_Bukhari.
i.e.
that the Eid prayer has no “Nawafil prayer” before or after it.
And Al-Hafiz said:
“The conclusion is that Eid prayers have not been proven to it for “Nawafil prayer” before or after, unlike those who measured it on Friday prayer”.
Al_fath “2.476”.
If an Eid and Friday meet:
*About Iyas Abn Abi Ramlah al_Shami; said:
“I heard a man asking Zaid Abn Arqam: “Were you present with the Messenger of Allah “peace be upon him” when there were two “Eid on one day? He said: Yes. He said: ‘What did he do? He said: He prayed the Eid prayer, then he granted a concession not to pray the Friday, then he said: “Whoever wants to pray “Friday”, let him do so”.
Sunnan Abn Majah / investigation by El-Sheikh al_albani / “5” the book of:Establishing the Prayer and the Sunnah Regarding Them / “166” chapter: What's coming if the two feasts meet in a day / hadith number: “1310” / page: “232” / it’s true.
About who missed the Eid prayers:
Came in the fatwas of the Standing Committee of The Fatwa: “8.306”
“That the Eid’s prayer is a collective duty, if enough people do it, the sin falls on the rest”.
And those who have missed it and loved to spend it, it is desirable for him to do so, so pray for her without a sermon after that, and so imam Malik, Shafi'i, Ahmed, Al-Nakhai and other scholars said this.
Al_Imam El_Bukhari has translated in his hadith / “25” chapter: If he misses Eid, he prays two rakahs.
Abn Hajar al-Ashkalani said:
His saying: chapter: “If he misses Eid”,
i.e. with imam; “he prays two rakahs”.
In this translation there are two judgments:
1_ The legitimacy of corrections eid prayer supplicating if it is missed with the congregation, whether it is by necessity or by choice.
2_ And the fact that make up for by two rakahs as original.
END.
Fath al-Bari with a correct explanation of El_Bukhari / part: “2” / “13” the book of: the two Eid’s / “25” chapter: If he misses Eid, he prays two rakahs / page: “550”.
And the origin of that is saying “peace be upon him”:
“When you come to pray, do not come rushing; come walking in a dignified manner, and whatever you catch up with, pray, and whatever you miss, make it up”.
Narrator by: Abo Hurairah / the speaker: al_albani / the source: hadith al_nasai / page or number: “860” / Summary of the speaker’s judgment: it’s true.
And the details of this topic in the books of jurisprudence.
